The 2014 card set is nearly complete and pre-release PDFs are available to IBL members via the wiki. The cards will be officially released to the public sometime after the IBL begins the 2014 season.
Improvements for 2014 include:
- a new BFP-based pitcher fatigue & rest system
- pitcher/catcher battery adjustments for sb & wp/pb
- outfielders have a single combined arm rating
- added a combined defensive rating for lf/rf
